My name is Julie Fairweather, an I am passionate about cheese. I have a cheese diploma and offer “Working with Cheese” a cheese training programme for the retail sector.

I am focused on providing a high quality service and customer satisfaction, either working with you to create a design or creating something to suit your budget.

My work base is at home – I’m fully registered and qualified for the purpose of trading in food products. If you love cheese, please take a look at just a few of my key services.

    I am getting married on the 11th October at Coul House hotel in Contin this year and have left things a bit late with the cake. We were hoping to have some kind of cheesecake that we could also serve as dessert for our guests (50). Would this be something you could do and if so can you give me a rough idea of price? Appreciate any help you could offer.
